Younique Products Review of the products and Presenter Kit

I finally have time to post my Younique Products review along with all of the photos that I took when I opened my Presenters kit. With our son getting over walking pneumonia, he didn’t go to school today so we had a great mommy-son day playing games, reading books, watching TV, and playing. It was such a fun day!

Anyway, onto my review. Once I made the decision to become a Younique Products presenter I ordered my kit for $99. Considering there is almost $400 worth of products included in the kit (which also happens to be a very nice makeup box), it was a very easy decision. After I placed my order, my husband and I started to talk about the Younique business opportunity and the potential.

As you may have read on his page, my husband has been in the direct sales industry for more than 12 years and spent some time researching the company. He was very impressed and excited for me and provided dozens and dozens of ideas on how I could market the Younique products online and off. The more we talked the more excited I got…  And I’ve never been so excited about any other business before, despite being exposed to quite a lot of them! So I decided to create a detailed post here about my Younique Presenter reviews and all of the overall unboxing experience.

Younique Products Box

And so the waiting game began. I mistakenly had the Younique Presenter kit mailed to our PO Box. It arrived on a Saturday and I didn’t realize that until Sunday. So I had to wait until Monday – and the excitement was building! Finally Monday arrived and I went to the PO Box first thing in the morning and picked up the priority mail box.

Younique Products Box Open

Upon opening the box I noticed that the black box (Presenters Kit) fit perfectly into the priority mail box. Just a side note, but it made me think that the owners of Younique really thought of everything down to the smallest detail ensuring everything fits into a certain sized box. After all, there are a LOT of different box sizes!

Younique Cosmetics Kit

Once I took everything out of the box, I saw the Younique Products Independent Presenters Guide, the kit full of makeup, and another package. At this point, I wasn’t sure what was in the white package.  But I was going to wait on that. The first thing that I wanted to do was open the kit to see all of the products inside.  Admittedly, I wanted to get my hands on the 3D Fiber Lashes. I was ready to see for myself if they (and the products) lived up to all of the buzz out there.

Open Presentors Kit

I opened the kit and got my first glimpse of everything inside. I was excited!  There were a lot of Younique products packed into the kit. Which product to try first… Ah, the 3D Fiber Lashes 🙂  Anyway, here’s a…

Younique Products Review: Items in the Presenters Kit

  • All 15 Shimmer Pigment Testers
  • All 15 Matte Pigment Testers
  • All 6 Concealer Testers
  • All 5 Blusher Testers
  • Very nice 3D Fiber Lashes case and the products
  • Eye Brush Set

In the photo above you can see the purple bag. Inside that was a couple of charms for a charm bracelet. The first was the Exclusive “Race to 10K” charm. This is part of the Race to 10K Younique Presenters in the company and only given out to the first 10K Presenters. And the second is a White Status Charm which everyone will receive because we all begin at the White Status level in the Younique compensation plan.

In addition to everything above, not part of the Younique Products kit (inside) I also received:

  • $10 in Younique Cash to spend on any products
  • Instant Access to the Younique Virtual Party System™ (How we sell products and build our Younique business)
  • $25 USD/$30 CAN in Younique Cash that will be credited to my account on my Birthday every year
  • PayQuicker Younique bank account (Once we earn $50 in commissions, Presenters are provided a Younique debit card where we are paid our commissions.)
  • Younique Presenter’s Guide
  • 10 catalogs

As far as what was in the white package, it was 10 Younique catalogs.  You can download the fall 2013 catalog here. This is a large file and will take a moment or two to download.

Younique Products Makeup Kit

As you can see, when the Presenter kit is closed I looks great. The quality is high and I was truly impressed. If you were to buy a makeup holder at a store like this, it wouldn’t surprise me to see this selling for $60 or $70. Or a LOT more if there was some well-known designer logo on there.

Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes Open

Next I opened the box for the Moonstruck 3D fiber lashes mascara. I’ll admit that I was excited to try all of the Younique makeup products, but this was the one that I was going to try first. Instead of providing all the details on there here, I wrote a separate 3D Fiber Lashes review blog post going over everything about this incredible product that I truly fell in love with. (And I’ll admit that I’m one of the picky ones when it comes to mascara – or any makeup in general!) Here’s a photo of my before and after:

Before and After 3D Fiber Lashes

If you’re wondering how easy it is to apply the Younique Mascara, take a moment and watch the video below. The video was created by Melanie Huscroft, who is the Co-founder & VP of Sales and Marketing for Younique Products.

Younique Fiber Lashes Video

Now a review of Younique beauty products wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t talk about the prices of their products. To give you an idea, the Fiber Lashes sell for just $29 and last for two months.  Compare this to other options to have amazing lashes and this is a great deal in my book. As far as the price of the other Younique beauty products, I find that they are very comparable to many other makeups out there. Feel free to browse around my Younique website.

Oh, and as far as the other Younique products, I will be providing detailed reviews on each of those shortly. But I will tell you that I tried the pigment and love it compared to what I’ve been using the past year. So more Younique product reviews to come. (In between mom and wife life!)

Comments

  1. I was wondering how well are you doing with your Younique business? I am heavily considering starting myself. I too live in Houston, so I find it funny that i came across this page, and excited too after seeing actual sizes of the start up kit. I am excited and nervous at the same time. For me $100 is VERY hard to come up with and has to be severly budgeted and extremely thought out before being spent, simply because it takes forever just to save up $100 after bills, gas, and other necessities. I do not expect to be rich by any means selling this product but I am wondering of you are at the least able to pay bills with it? Not all, but at least a couple?

  2. What are your thoughts on the pigment? Is the eye shadow and liner long lasting? Almost waterproof? How about the skincare? Honest thoughts?
    Thanks,
    Mary

    • Hi Mary!

I’m really happy with the eye pigments. I find that it takes very little pigment to cover my lids and that it doesn’t fall off of my lids. I like that it doesn’t crease either… and this is even without the primer being used beforehand. I used to be a very loyal follower of Urban Decay eyeshadows, but since joining Younique I wear only Younique products now. Younique doesn’t have eyeliner just yet, but I use the angled eye brush and apply the eye pigments wet (with rosewater) to put on my liner. It works great and I’m happy with my results.

I’ve gone swimming, worked out, and cried at a funeral without any of my makeup running off. The 3d mascara is water-resistant, but stays on brilliantly.

I have the most sensitive skin, as I’m sure you’ve read, so honestly I was nervous to try new skincare products. What I was using before was great for my skin and I was leery to try something new. But, after trying it behind my ear first and making sure it was okay for my skin, I solely use Brilliant and Awake for my skincare. I like the rosewater too and use it as a toner.

I’m a big smell person and love the way Awake smells. As silly as it sounds, I actually really look forward to washing my face because of the wonderful smell, lol. If you’re looking to try new products, you should definitely try the Younique ones. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all. And if you don’t love the products, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you have other questions, just let me know! Thanks for contacting me!

  3. I’m wondering about the you our foundation. How is the coverage? Which one offers the most coverage as far as covering pores and imperfections.

    • Hi Tiffany,

Here’s a good guideline to go by as far as the products Younique offers and the coverage:

Mineral Concealers: Light coverage. Matte finish.
BB Flawless: Light/Medium coverage. Dewy finish.
BB and Concealer: Medium coverage. Matte finish.
Touch Cream Foundation: Full coverage. Matte finish.
Touch Pressed Powder: Full coverage. Super matte finish.

      Hope this helps!
      Kristin

    • Hi Sherry,

You can get the kit by signing up to be a presenter here: https://www.youniqueproducts.com/kristinhawthorne/business/presenterinfo

The current kit has changed and it includes a variety of products for you to try! It comes with: Uplift eye serum, Glorious Primer, Luxe lip gloss, 3 eyeliners (in black, light brown, and white), and the 3d fiber lash mascara. It’s a wonderful kit and I’m obsessed with all of the products in it. Please let me know if you have any questions – I’m happy to answer!

      Thanks,
      Kristin

      • I was going to ask the same thing. Im looking to place a pretty big order and was also wondering if it was possible to get some sort of discount.

  4. I am interested in purchasing the presenter kit and selling the product, but do not have Facebook (nor would I like to sign up for Facebook). Is this a requirement?

    • Hi Rana,

You do need a Facebook account to sign up, but you can create a dummy Facebook account for sign up purposes only. I’ve sent you an email about this too. Please let me know if you have any other questions – I’m happy to help!

      Thanks,
      Kristin

    • Hi Shelly,

No, Younique products are not tested on animals. When you buy products, you can rest assure that there’s no animal cruelty involved.

      Thanks,
      Kristin

  5. To become a presenter are there any fees besides the one to start? Are we supposed to make certain amount of sales per month?

    • Hi Daisy!

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog! There are no other fees besides the start up fee. In order to stay active, you only need to sell 125 PRS every 3 months, which is about 2 mascaras per month. It’s really easy to do!

Please let me know if you have any other questions – I’m always happy to help!

Have a great day and thanks again for contacting me,
      Kristin

        • Of course, Jessica! After signing up to be a Younique presenter, the best way to share Younique’s products is to have a launch party with your friends on Facebook. It’s easy and lots of fun! This live event is where you will let your friends know that you just started your own business and that you are excited to share the products with them. Selfies and video tutorials on social media works great, too! I’ve sent you an email with more information! Can’t wait to talk to you about it!

    • Hi Haley,

To get eye pigments as testers, you can buy the set of 4 for $35 USD. You can buy as many sets as you’d like to have. This special price will go up next month, just so you know. I’m happy to answer any other questions you may have as well.

      Thanks,
      Kristin

  6. I was pleased with everything in my starter kit, except the foundation. I have broken capillaries and the cream foundation does nothing towards covering these up, I use a lot of the product but no difference. When I washed the sponge it did not come clean, causing me to wonder if there is a dye in the product. I would consider the powder foundation before ruling it out all together.

    • Hi Peggy!

Thanks for your comment. I’m not sure which product you used, but the foundation has never been a part of Younique’s Presenter Kit. Sorry to hear about your experience with whatever product you did use.

      Thanks,
      Kristin

  7. I’m really interested in joining but I still have some questions and concerns. I have not yet tried any of the products myself so I find it hard for me to talk to other people about the products.
I’m afraid that I will not have many sales, any ideas to suggest?

    • Hi Andrea,

I completely understand and was actually the exact same when I decided to sign up as a Younique presenter. I just saw a few pictures of the 3d fiber lash mascara and knew that I wanted the amazing mascara, lol. The great part is that when you sign up to be a presenter, you pay $99 for your business and get a presenter kit as an added bonus! The presenter kit is full of great products for you to try out so that you can share what you like about products with friends, family, and customers.

I definitely recommend having a launch party after you join so that you can try to earn back some of your initial investment, share your new business with people closest to you, and earn free rewards to buy more products. I’d love to talk about a game plan with you on how to grow your business and have successful sales from your parties.

Hope to talk to you soon!
      Kristin

  8. Kristin,
I just read your blog and have questions about the products; about becoming a presenter; and also about the structure of the company. Please contact me via email at your convenience.
    Kindest regards,
    Shirley Cox

  9. Hi Kristen,

I stumbled upon your blog whilst doing some research into becoming a presenter. Would you be able to provide me some info on how to start, and how to grow my business. I am a stay at home mum and don’t have a huge network of friends – Can this business still work for me??

    • It absolutely can work for you, Amy! I just sent you an email with some information about how to start and ideas on how you can grow your business. Thanks so much for reaching out!
      Kristin

      • Hi there I am in the same situation. Would you please send me some info as well? I have a dear friend that has been wanting me to join but I’ve been very scared.. Thank you for your time..

    • Hi I stumbled across this and was interested in becoming a presenter but I to don’t have many friend so not sure how to work business for success please advise

  10. What do I do if I want the old presenters kit with the samples in it and not just lip gloss, brushes, and pencils? The first presenters kit was way better and you got catalogs and not in the new one.

    • Hi Patricia! The old presenter kit is no longer available. Reason being is that Younique makes just about all of the products in the USA and those mineral eye pigment samples came from China. The Younique Presenter kit is a great one right now and you should definitely take advantage of it while it’s still available!

    • Hi Cheri! I’d love to tell you more 🙂 Just so you know, I’ve sent you an email with some information, too!

Let’s start out with Younique’s products. They are naturally-based and cruelty-free, which I love 🙂 As I’m sure you saw online, we offer makeup and skincare so it’s really a one-stop shop when it comes to your face. Of course our most popular product is the 3d fiber lash mascara, which gives the look of falsies without having to use falsies. It’s one of my favorite products!

On the business side, when a presenter signs up they start earning a 20% commission on all products that they sell. Over time they can earn up to 30% commission, as they advance through the compensation plan.

Younique is a bit different from other Direct Sales companies because we really utilize social media with our businesses. You can advertise on any social media site that you want in order to build your business with customers and presenters. That being said, if you want to have home parties, those work really well, too! After all, who doesn’t want to get together with their girl friends and play with makeup? Ha, ha!

I’m excited to talk to you more about Younique and answer any other questions that you have!

  11. Please provide info for “dummy” facebook acct. I do not have facebook and I really don’t want to do the traditional facebook……and after even trying for an hour to set up an account, which for some reason was established in French ( I clicked English button several times),….. I still do not have facebook account where I could sign-up with my presenter (yellow status). I sincerely Thank You for your help!

  12. Hi, I am interested in becoming a presenter. Please can you email me with some more information

    Thanks

  13. Hi. I just received the presenter kit and it is a lot different to the one you received and it is also a lot different to the new one you described. What arrived was…the Moodstruck 3D mascara. 3 x pigment eyeshadows (none in colours I would buy) 1x lip gloss. 2x eyeliner one was black and one was white. 1x lipliner and 3 brushes and finally the Divine daily moisterizer. I only received a colour chart for the mineral foundation and BB cream and a catalogue of other products available. To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the contents and would have liked some sample sizes of all the foundations and blushers etc. I now feel that to have a complete set to show and present to friends and potential new presenters I am going to need to spend around 400 GBP. I don’t think the new presenter kit is anywhere near as viable as a selling point as the original. I was so looking forward to getting it and am not as impressed as I wanted to be. I will consider buying more items but do think they need to re-think the contents for new presenters.

    • Hi Karen,

The presenter kit has changed a few times since this post. When you signed up to be a presenter, it showed the presenter kit and explained the contents. Sorry to hear you’re disappointed, but the newest kit has a great variety of products instead of having 30 of the same product. I hope you use the products and start seeing how great they are! Good luck to you in your business!

  14. Hi!
I am considering becoming a presenter. Can you tell me more or less how many hours a week you should dedicate to the job to get a good return of investment? I know this is difficult to answer but maybe you can give me an idea
    I am based in London
    Thanks
    Alessia

    • It really depends on what you hope to gain from Younique. Are you wanting Younique to replace your current income and be full time? If so, you’ll need to devote at least an hour a day doing income producing activities, such as setting up parties, handing out blitz cards, following up with customers, talking to new people about Younique, etc.

If you’re interested more in a part time manner, devoting a couple of hours a week of setting up parties and doing parties should be fine. I’ve emailed you – let’s figure out what you’re looking for and go from there with developing a good game plan to get you there.

  15. Hi I just signed up looking forward too seeing where this will take me.
I’m a stay at home mum with 2 kids under 3 and would like to earn as much extra money to help out could you please send me some information and do I have to push my friends and family to sign up
    Thanks
    Melissa

  16. Hi there!! I am really considering becoming a Younique presenter but I only have one question. As a presenter do you Recieve a discount on the product if you want to purchase anything for yourself? Thanks much!!!

    • Hey Marlana! When you purchase products for yourself, you will still earn your 20% commission from your own purchase, plus hostess rewards for future free product! I’ve sent you an email with more detailed information.

  17. Hi!! I have just recently signed up as a presenter over here in NZ and I’m just in the process of setting up my younique FB page. I’m reading up about Younique , the business and products just so I’m abit more confident when people ask me questions especially potential customers . I’m waiting on my presenters kit to arrive.
I’m just wondering if you could give me some ideas about introducing the brand and why it’s better than other make up brands .
A big part of why I decided to be a presenter is the fact that I absolutely love make up but am totally clueless about everything that is not eyeliner mascara and lipstick haha!! A lot of my friends are in the same boat so they are so excited that I’m doing this . I bought the 3d mascara a while back and fell in loooooove!!! And I love how the products aren’t too pricey. Any advice would be great I’m loving that I’ve come across your reviews etc : )

  18. Would you be able to send me some information about how to start and run the business? I don’t have a lot of friends will this business suitable for me? Thanks

    • Thanks for leaving a comment about Younique on my blog, Rachel! I completely understand your concern about building your business, but that’s the beauty of having an online business. To this day, I’ve actually never had a home party and that’s because I’ve built my business solely online for the past 1.5 years.

The first thing I would suggest you do if you join is to have an online Facebook party. This launch party just lets your friends and family know what you are up to and that you started your Younique business. Once you have a party with this group, you will branch out from it by getting hostesses. Each party that you do with different hostesses will get your network to grow and expand with new people so that you don’t have to constantly hit up the same list.

Are you active on other social media? If so, that’s a great way to advertise and get new customers, team members, and future party hostesses.

If you decide that Younique is a good fit for you, I’d love to work with you and help you grow your business. Thanks again for reaching out to me.

Looking forward to talking to you soon,
      Kristin

  19. I’m interested in becoming a presenter. Have never done this before and could really use some direction. Please email me with more information.

    Thank you so much, Kristin!

  20. Hi Kristin,

Wow, I love your blog! I am interested in becoming a presenter. Can you guide me? My cousin showed my the mascara and I want my own!! I have had issues with my eyelashes and I can not wear the eyelash extensions.

I am really excited about showing others how wonderful this mascara is and how it can help many of us look more beautiful!!

    Sue

    • Welcome to Younique, Sue! I saw this post after you already signed up and I’m really excited to work with you! Our mascara really is the best and you joined at the BEST time considering you will get 2 sets of our 3D Fiber Lashes+ (Plus). Yay!! Can’t wait to see your mascara selfies 🙂

  21. I’m very interested in becoming a presenter! I love make up, and this make up looks absolutely amazing! Can you possibly send me more information about how to grow my business and make the most out of selling Younique?

    Thank you so much!
    Rachel

    • Of course! Just sent you an email with more information about becoming a Younique presenter. I’d love to work with you if Younique sounds like a great fit for you 🙂

  22. I am a young professional interested in pursuing this as a side job. I would love any advice you can offer me on how to succeed in selling this product!

    • Hi Lisa!

I have a lot of advice on how to share Younique’s products with the people in your life and online friends 🙂 The first thing you’ll want to do if you join is to have your launch party. You can do this on Facebook or at your home, it’s up to you! If you do it on FB and decide to work with me, I will do it for you so that you can see how I do parties and copy the format for all future parties. If you do a party at home, I have some information on how to do it, too.

Your launch party just tells the people you know that you have started something new. It helps get you going so that you can branch out from those people for future business. It’s also a great way to earn back some of your initial investment, too!

Another thing that you will want to do is to post on social media regularly. You want to build up a following of people, so while you will post about Younique, you won’t make every post about Younique.

You’ll also want to make your list of 100 people. Write down the names of people to share Younique with: look through the contacts on your phone, FB friends, other social media friends, think of your mom’s friends, your kid’s mom friends, etc. You’ll want to share Younique with them in hopes of gaining a customer, having a new team member, getting a referral for business from them, or hosting a Younique party for you.

      Hope this helps!
      Kristin

  23. Hi I’m looking at becoming a presenter here in Australia and wondering if you could email me more information about starting and the best techniques to get the business going.
I’m a stay at home mummy of two children under 2yrs and need a good structured business plan to accomodate being a mum, wife and hopefully a presenter.
    Thanks in advance 🙂

    • I’ve just sent you an email! It sounds like you’re busy, so I’ve included a game plan in my email so that you know what to expect. Of course, once you get back to me with your goals for Younique, I’ll be able to make it more specific 🙂 Looking forward to talking to you soon!

      • Hi Kristin! I am interested in selling these products but i wanted to know how much you can make a month and how long it took you to get your investment back? Also which source works best for you to sell these products? I was thinking instagram might be a great way what do you think?

  24. Hi, I’m interested in becoming a presenter but my boyfriend doesn’t think it’s a good idea because he thinks I won’t make a lot of money. I’m really interested in to make some extra money, I have a full time job and a kid that is almost 2. I was just wondering if you make a decent amount of money and if there are any good starting tips to get me going if i decide to become a presenter?

  25. Hi Kristin!
I’m considering starting up my Younique business over here in Australia. I’m a stay at home mother of 2 children who are 17 months apart and would really love to be able to earn some more money from home. Can you please email me about the best ways to get the business up and running and to become successful. Also, how do you earn, work your way up, etc.
    Thank you!! 🙂

  26. First of all, I would like to say that I love how you explained everything! Thank you!
I am recently a SAHM of two, and a Managing Cosmetologist. I am interested in the product, but nervous about spending the hard-to-come up with $99, since I am no longer employed. But after reading this, and all the comments… I am in!!!! Thank you for encouraging and answering all the questions people have asked. You are very positive and encouraging. Do you have any suggestions on how I could promote sales virtually, and in person, or just making the most out of my business? If you dont mind sending me information on this, I WOULD BE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!

  27. Kristin,
I just became a Younique presenter about a week ago and am wondering what I can do to have a successful business. I am a mom and a full time college student so I don’t have many friends to network with. Can I be successful without a ton of friends? If so how can I reach out to others?

    Thank you so much?

  28. great blog! I just hosted a Younique party and I have now become obsessed! I want to become a presenter and plan to order the kit soon. Could you please give me some tips on starting my own Younique business. I don’t want to keep asking the same people since they just made purchases on my party. Any suggestions on how to branch out would be fabulous. Thanks so much.

    • Hey Victoria! Yes, you do have to sign up with a current presenter and that person is considered your sponsor. It’s her job to help you get started in your business and help you grow your business.

If you want to sign up, I would love to have you sign up with me as your sponsor so that we could work together.

Please let me know what other questions you have so that I can answer them for you!

Looking forward to talking to you soon,
      Kristin

  29. I am interested for signing up and have been for a little while. However, I in Florida and do not know of any presenters here. How can I locate one in my area as I would love to have a leader I would be able to speak with as I grow my business.

    Thank you so much.

    • I’m so happy that you want to join Younique, Christie! It’s such a fun business to have, that’s for sure! Since you don’t know anyone in your area that is a presenter, I would love to be your sponsor and to work with you and help you grow your business. I’m in Texas, but as long as we have a phone, Facebook messenger, and/or email, we will be just fine 🙂 I’m looking forward to talking to you soon!

  30. Hello
I’m a French girl living in Australia with a network shared between those 2 countries.
I would be interested by Younique business.
Can I get more info from you and maybe join your team?!
    Thanks
    Ana

    • Hi Ana! Of course – I’ve sent you some information about Younique to look over. There’s a nice potential for you with a launch into France since you’re from there and I would love to help you get things going. Can’t wait to talk to you!

  31. I couldn’t get an answer from a Younique rep I know, so maybe you could help me. Do you calculate monthly/quarterly gains/losses? If so, what has been your average monthly income after expenses? Thanks 🙂

  32. Hi Kristin

    Love your blog, well done!

I’ve come across Younique and want to sign up. I live in Australia and come from Ireland so hoping to use networks in both countries.

Could you email me some further information on Younique, details on their products so I can understand more and be able to answer questions, some suggestions on techniques to get the business up and running, and any other information you think I need? Would be very grateful.

    Thanks
    Debbie

  33. Hello, I was interested in possible becoming a member I just want to know what’s my duties and good pointers to becoming a good rep.

  34. Hi Kristin,

I just stumbled upon this post because I’m doing research into maybe becoming a representative for Younique. I was wondering if you are still loving it and if your business has gone well?

    Thanks in advance!
    Sarah

  35. Hi!!

I just joined Younique as a presenter and I love your feed back!! I do have some questions that I would love to pass by you regarding presenting!! If you could email me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!! Hope to hear from you soon 🙂

  37. Hi! I’ve been doing a lot of research into the company and think it sounds like an opportunity that would suit me. There are lots of people trying to recruit me but they don’t seem to be the right type of sponsor for me. Could you please email me with a view to you being my sponsor? Thanks 🙂

  38. Just a quick question, does the skin breathe when you use the foundation? I hate that clogged feeling that some foundations have!

    • Hey Katarina,

Yes, your skin can most definitely breathe when using any of Younique’s products. Like you, I don’t like my makeup feeling heavy on my face and I never feel this way with the products from Younique. Everything is lightweight and makes your skin feels great!

  39. I would like to talk to you about becoming a presenter. Can you message me please it’s like pulling teeth to get my questions answered

  41. Hi I’ve considered becoming a presenter. I like that younique has products that are healthier for your skin Right! My only question is I’m already in MLM I’m a Plexus Ambassador Health and Wellness Supplements and I love doing it because of how Much the products have changed my life, so its easy to share these products w others! Just wondering do you kno people who do more than one and are successful? And I think I can model makeup Well 🙂

  42. Hi
I am planning on signing up to be a presenter but just have to save up to do so as its 129 in Australia and thats a bit for a new mum like me. I am just wondering if you would be able to help me out, i dont have a large friend base and aren’t really able to do in house parties as i always have bubs and can’t afford daycare. So i guess my question is could you help me out with some other marketing ideas and how i could get my marketing really out there to new people. I’m very shy and don’t like to be one of those pushy sales people so i am hoping this opportunity will push me out of my box. Thanks in advance.
    Ebony 🙂

    • Oh my gosh, Ebony, of course I can help you with your Younique business! I provide loads of ideas and advice for my team, so you definitely won’t be on your own. I will help you get to where you want to be, based on your own goals. The beauty of Younique is that you can do it at home, on your computer. We can get a launch party for you going and branch out from there.

I’m so excited for you!! Let me know when you are ready to join and we can go from there!

      • Kristin,
I recently have been intrigued about younique product and want to know more about them. I have never used any products but would be interested in doing so…I am also interested in becoming an independent consultant but I need someone to show me the ropes and how to get going. If you could email me and let me know what I need to do I would very much appreciate any info you can provide me with.

        Thanks,
        Tami

  43. Hi Kristin, I’m very interested in becoming a Younique presenter. I’m currently a college student and would love to make extra money, plus, I love make-up too. Can you send me some info on becoming a presenter? I’m really excited about this new venture and want to succeed. So, any pointers you have would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Yvonne

    • I live in a very small area in Texas and I am afraid I wont do well with this business because of that but I have been reading your blog and can see that you really help your team and I would love to be apart of it.

  44. Hi Kristin! I am new to Arizona and am looking to sell Younique products, mainly at work. I am an RN and really think these products would sell like hot cakes at work, especially the 3D lashes and Addiction shadow line. My question to you is… does Younique have catalogs that I can take to work for my co-workers to browse through? I do not have a facebook account. I use to sell Avon and this company had catalogs, it worked out well but I’m looking to sell a higher-quality product. Please email me with more information, thank you!

  45. Could you please send me info on selling yonique. Does it work. All info you could help me with. Do you have meetings and go on trips etc.
    Thanks
    Donna

  46. I too am a SAHM that would like some information on starting my own younique business. I live in a small town and I do not have a large network of friends. Hopefully, you can send me an email. Thank you!

    • Hey Eva! I was a SAHM mom too and didn’t have a large network of friends either. I had my launch party on Facebook to let my friends know that I joined Younique and started my business. From my launch party, I got customers and hostesses. This allowed me to branch out of my small circle and grow my network. As long as you do parties and get hostesses for more parties, it doesn’t matter that you have a smaller network. You’ll grow it and get more exposure each time you have a party. I’ve also sent you an email and can’t wait to talk to you more about being a Younique presenter.

    • Hey Karen! When applying the lip stain, you’ll want to make sure that your lips have been exfoliated. You can get a toothbrush and use that to get the dead/flaky skin off. You also want to apply the lip stain to your naked lips. Make sure any lip balm, gloss, or lipstick residue is completely gone from your lips. I also like to wait a few minutes in between coats. Hope that helps!

  47. Hi Kristin, just wanted to tell you that I am considering becoming a presenter. The info that you have been providing is very helpful and informative, keep up the good work, your doing an amazing job! 🙂

  48. Hi I’m in school to be a makeup artist and I’m in love with everything skin care and makeup I really want to try out these products and use them for my kit and possibly be a good way to network with clients.
If you can please give me more info about the presenters it would be greatly appreciated because as a student I don’t have much money to spend on all different make ups thank you

    • Being a Younique present and going to school to be a makeup artist is a perfect fit, Cass! I’ve emailed you over some information and can’t wait to talk to you more about how you can fit Younique into your life!
