Listened to ➡️ #Rise podcast, Beyoncé, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams Jr, Robert Earl Keen, Reba, Jo Dee Messina, & a bunch of other old country 

Power Word ➡️ Strong

Y’all!!! I felt like a REAL runner today! I think it was probably my shoes; although they aren’t new, they are more cushion-y & made my feet bounce on the pavement! I did 4.31 miles, alternating walking & running for a 13’56 pace. I’m getting faster 🤣

I focused on completely what I set out to do – whether it was running for a certain time or to the end of the street. It was important to me to complete that & not take a shortcut!

In other news, I might have peed a little. Again. Wearing pink pants this time, not black 😳

Everyone that I passed seemed so happy & I know that was radiating out of me too. I wanted to high five everyone for just being out & moving.

Random thoughts: I shouldn’t text & walk. Got hit in the face with a branch 🤣

Also, I don’t like buzzards. I know it’s the circle of life but still…

& I felt so great that I biked 2.90 miles after just because 😉
