Didn’t have one today, unless thinking repeatedly “Don’t fall off the treadmill, Kristin” counts 😂

I did my 3 miles in the gym in San Diego. I waited much later than I usually do & the motivation wasn’t completely there. But running & exercising every day (yes, every day) is becoming a habit & very much a part of who I am.

image of wine tastingWhen I checked in earlier that day, I was told about a perk involving wine tasting every day while I’m here 🤨 Not gonna lie, I was totally debating on partaking in the wine tasting, but ultimately I put on my workout clothes, laced up my shoes, & went down to the gym. 🏋️‍♀️ I had a pretty view of everyone eating Mexican food & drinking though 🤪

I totally don’t know how to run on a treadmill. Like it’s really hard & I think I lose my balance more than others 🤷🏼‍♀️ Tomorrow I should run outside but will go to the gym again in hopes of meeting someone that I look up to 🤞 #RachelHollis, I’m talking to you 🙂
