Week 2, day 1 of #marathontraining 🏃♀️

Today called for 3 miles & I did 4.19 total. I like to go in a circle so it’s always longer than what I’m supposed to do 🤷🏼♀️ Who wants to backtrack & run the same way both times? 😉 I am loving the cooler weather too!
I tried something different today. After talking to a friend who does the walk/run method & looking it up last night, I decided to try it today. Run 2 minutes & walk 1 minute. Surprisingly my time was faster than running at my slow pace 🐢
My pace today was 13’49 & it felt good to feel like I’m getting a little better 🙌🏼
I absolutely loved the stretch of sidewalk covered in chalk with positive words!
🤔 I wonder if I’ll need to start wearing sunglasses when I run faster & it’s windy outside so my lashes don’t fall off 😂 I don’t even know if that’s a thing, but better to be prepared bc laying on that table to get my lashes done is nothing that I love to do 🤣
Also, I think I might have peed a little 😬 Gross.
