๐Ÿ’ซ Power Word: Amazing

Today called for 3 miles & I did 4.19 total. I like to go in a circle so itโ€™s always longer than what Iโ€™m supposed to do ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Who wants to backtrack & run the same way both times? ๐Ÿ˜‰ I am loving the cooler weather too!

I tried something different today. After talking to a friend who does the walk/run method & looking it up last night, I decided to try it today. Run 2 minutes & walk 1 minute. Surprisingly my time was faster than running at my slow pace ๐Ÿข

My pace today was 13โ€™49 & it felt good to feel like Iโ€™m getting a little better ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

๐Ÿค” I wonder if Iโ€™ll need to start wearing sunglasses when I run faster & itโ€™s windy outside so my lashes donโ€™t fall off ๐Ÿ˜‚ I donโ€™t even know if thatโ€™s a thing, but better to be prepared bc laying on that table to get my lashes done is nothing that I love to do ๐Ÿคฃ

Also, I think I might have peed a little ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Gross.
