Who doesn’t love putting a bunch of ingredients in a crockpot and then having a wonderful dinner? It’s just like magic! It’s especially good when you are busy and don’t have time to be in the kitchen slaving over the stove… or if you just don’t want to cook. Let’s face it, it’s not everyone’s “thing” and we all have way too much going on at times. If I can have a great meal on the table at dinnertime without spending lots of time in the kitchen, I am all for it!
Thank God for the crockpot!
If you are looking for an amazing recipe for ribs, you’re welcome in advance. I’m not even exaggerating when I say these are amazing… They just really are that good. These ribs just fall right off the bone. So yum!
• 2 lbs pork finger ribs
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp spicy mustard
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• Salt and pepper to taste
1. Salt and pepper ribs and put in crockpot.
2. Add minced garlic.
3. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and spicy mustard in a small bowl.
4. Pour half of the mixture over the ribs.
5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
6. Use the other half of the sauce to rub on ribs before eating.
I made sweet potatoes to go along with the ribs and it was a perfect combo! Get your crockpot out and get ready for mouth-watering ribs to fill your belly!
